This soft pink, spring wedding, at Wente Vineyards, was a real June treat. There is a reason that June is one of the busiest wedding months. The weather is spectacular, the trees, and flowers are in full bloom, and the warm sunshine hangs around until late into the evening. It really is the perfect recipe for an enjoyable celebration. Add that to a stunning winery, nestled into the Livermore Valley and things just don’t get much better.
Lindsay and Danny, are a special couple. They have both been through a lot in their young lives and they are two of the sweetest, most genuine people we have met. Some of you might recognize them from a recent engagement shoot in Sonoma (Lindsay and Danny’s Engagement blog post). During that photo shoot we were able to learn more about these two and how well they interact with each other. They are easy going, supportive and understanding- three traits that are mandatory in a lasting marriage. They also have a beautiful baby girl named Brooklyn. Brooklyn really looked cute as the flower girl in her white dress and little white gloves. Such a nice touch. In fact the bridesmaids soft pink dresses, each one a unique style, really paired well with the creamy whites and vibrant greens of the Wente Grounds. The dark suits worn by the groomsmen, and the Italian like architecture, brought sophistication to the whole affair, as you will see in some of the group portraits.
For those who are soon to be married, and looking for venues, pay close attention to the beautiful backdrop of architecture, gardens, and views at Wente Vinyards. This venue knows how to put on a party. We were very impressed with what a great job they did on the reception area. It was a stunning room that captured the soft sophisticated feel of this wedding. To top things off, DJ Ryan Lucero got the party into full swing, filling the dance floor and keeping the energy up all the way until the end. All in all this was a beautiful spring wedding that we were very happy to have been a part of.
